How long should you leave it on, before scrubbing and rinsing?

There are instructions with the product but basically I suppose it will depend on how much cleaning need done; extract from instructions below: Follow the steps below for correct use of HG grout cleaner. Dilute HG grout cleaner in lukewarm water at a 1:4 ratio. Apply the floor grout cleaner to the grout with a brush or sponge. Allow to work for a 5-10 min period, scrub with a brush and wipe away the loosened dirt with a sponge and then rinse with water.

Is this grout cleaner acidic? (acidic cleaners cannot be used with marble/travertine/limestone/bluestone tiles)

Good afternoon, Please be informed, that HG "grout cleaner (as mentioned in the user instructions on the label) cannot be used on natural stone like marble etc. In stead we would like to advise the use of HG "extreme powercleaner (product 20). The grout inside the shower has started to go yellow. Woud this clean iy back to white Thank you

Goodmorning, This is probably limescale which cannot be removed by the grout cleaner, but with the HG Scale away. In case the tiles are marble or natural stone we recommend the HG "natural stone cement en limefilm remover" P31. Kind regards HG Consumerservice
