Hi, is the resistance band a closed loop? Or open ended?

Hi Flavia, our resistance bands are a closed loop, with the circumference measuring 208cm. This makes them ideal for assisted pull ups, as you can loop the band around the bar. Alternatively our bands can be used for a range of exercises as demonstrated in our Exercise Guide (see pictures above). Have just had the same shock. In the description, it does say it is only one band but the picture is very misleading. I thought I was buying a set - hence the price. Feel a little bit conned.

These bands are very durable, Im a personal trainer and these bands are by far the best piece of equipment I've got, I use them every single day, as for the flexibility there brilliant, I've have 18 stone guys use them, and the same bands same day 10 stone guys use them, they keep there shape and elasticity... 5 stars

Your advert states each band comes with a commentary exercise guide. Mine did not. Can you send one please
