It's a beautifully designed and photographed book - lovely just to have it on our coffee table. I also bought the Norpro Frozen Icepop maker from desertcart which makes them easier to make. I just tried the peach lollies serving them at a barbecue party to be dipped into prosecco which I served separately which was an exciting variation on serving everyone the standard Bellini. The flavours are really enhanced when you dip the lollies in alcohol. Much better than serving punch or other cocktails at a summer party. Yum...
