Shit Happens! Swear Words and Mantras to Colour Your Stress Away

I suffer badly with anxiety and BPD, as well as having autism and ADHD and on evenings when my mind is going a hundred miles an hour and I can’t relax this book is a life saver. Keeps me focussed and relaxed, and the messages inside are lighthearted and funny.

Bought for a friends birthday and she loved it. Each page has a different swear word/insult and each page has a black back so there’s no transfer of colour to another pattern.

I absolutely love this colouring book, it has become my favourite one. I especially like that the paper is black, which I have found that if you use pens that accidentally bleed through the paper a little bit, you would not see it as the paper is black. I love the swear words and this will come in useful for when I am angry or upset for whatever reason. It's a great buy for people who don't mind swear words. I was thinking of purchasing one for my mother but after looking through the book, I have found some of the words inappropriate for her. I will be looking out for future books from James Alexander. Excellent colouring book.

Too cool for school!! I can see how this will work with busy people!! The designs are very intricate, simple and entertaining. It would be great if the book was hardcover though and that the pages can be open fully easily without having to press down the book when colouring. Overall, great fun and perfect as a gift. It will certainly bring on the giggles! :D

Not for the fainthearted

Good quality paper and nice designs, although I often end up in a quandary over how many colours to use in a single picture as there is just so much going on in each one. A few more simple designs could be nice just for those of us who can't let go of our crippling perfectionism and desire for things to be "just right". Not much bleed-through with ink pens, but this is mostly dependent on which pens you use. My Script felt tips didn't really bleed through much but another set did, so bear this in mind and test a small area first.

Such an amazing book and some of the words in the book just make me laugh! Takes the stress out of you and it helps if someone has annoyed you that day because you can find the word to best describe them and let everything out whilst colouring in.

I love everything about this book. It truly is relaxing, colouring these expletives in. The book is a really good quality- not flimsy at all, and the pages are thick, the print quality very good. Then there are the words themselves. So relatable in my every day life. Once I have finished a page, I photo it and send it to friends and it's makes them laugh too. Once this book is finished, I'm going to get the other one!
