Needs must and this is by far the best over the counter treatment in my view. It does help with the soothing and itching. I needed more help so had to go to the doctor but it did help me previously to get relief.

Go really easy with the tube
Good cream Helped my piles from very near first application but tube it comes in is useless. No matter how easy you go the tube starts leaking threw everywhere and boy what a mess it makes
