Doesn't fully remove make-up like the pleated, but won't refund/replace
They don't fully remove make up like the pleated cotton wool does. Accidentally ordered these and now they won't let me return them. That's £8.20 wasted. Any other shop would replace/refund with a receipt but not Amazon.

The best
These are the best cotton pads available right now as far as I’m concerned. They do not shed fibers off into your eyes which is a main priority for me, they’re also durable so you can get full use from both sides. Excellent product.
