This makes perfect rice. I had to learn a bit for high altitude, but once I figured it out, it's so much easier than a pot on the stove. And it's so easy to clean!

Works great. Easy to use . Makes great oatmeal. Steams vegetables and rice at same time great. Very good with cooking brown rice.

Impressive little rice cooker that does a lot more. Makes perfect steel cut oatmeal and also steams vegetables. I haven’t tried all the cooking options yet, but I’m sure I will. My only complaints about the product are related to design. The interior non-stick bowl works great, but would have been easier to see the fill lines if it were in light gray rather than black. Also, the power button and warmer button are in the same spot. Separating them would make it more clear which option to select.

Easy to use and clean up after. Rice turns out fluffy and moist. Can be used for other recipes besides rice but haven't tried them yet.

This rice cooker works great the rice cooks perfectly and it’s easy to use and clean. The bowl inside comes out and cleans easily. It makes a good amount of rice we always have leftovers.

My purchase was Feb '25. By July '25, my rice maker had quit functioning. It would turn on, then immediately go to the "keep warm function." It was still under warranty. I addressed all likely causes like clogged steam vent. My first email response was "Once we receive your responses, we will either help you adjust ratios or move on to another possible solution." So, I called and was instructed to use their measuring cup to the line that says "1" and to put the correct amount of water in the bowl up to the '1' line. Did that. It still didn't work and I emailed that to them. I continue to email them and get NO RESPONSE. At all. Customer service on the phone was rude. Email customer service never responds. I ordered it because I had previously owned one. I've been making rice in one of these for years. I did what they said to satisfy them. But they refuse to honor their warranty. I paid good money and expect better. Customers deserve better.

Been using Aroma brand for decades. I only needed to buy this new one because I didn’t pack my old one when I moved from the US to Canada. The rice pot is smaller than I expected but it’s fine, since I did mainly get it to make 2 meals. I’ve only used the rice cooker and slow cooker function, which is what I got it for rather than buying 2 separate appliances. It works great. In case anyone is wondering, the Slow Cook feature is preset to High, with a temperature of 203°F. It does not say this in the manual or on their website, so I contacted Aroma directly. It’s a great appliance when used to cook meals for up to 2.

It works pretty good, though yet to get perfectly fluffy rice. I'd rate it a 5 if the steam vent and lid were removable to clean. Be nice too if slow cook had a hi and low setting.

Very slow! 2 cups of rice should not take over 40 minutes to cook! Using stove and simple pot is much more efficient. Maybe this is good for slow rice cooking?
