Do you put primer on before the base coat or are they the samething ?

Yes, your primer cleans all the oils off of your nails. If you are doing acrylics or gels you apply the primer on buffed natural nails and then when it dries your apply your product.

It’s good for applying press ons! Apply it before the nail glue and it will make them last longer
