Does it work with a Mac Mini?

This keyboard comes with its own blue tooth USB receiver which you have to plug in to a spare USB A port on your mini. But this is a very small keyboard meant for travel. if your looking for a wireless keyboard for your desk look up Ankers range, no plug in receiver required.

Hello dose this work with lg smart 4k tv?

it is not a tv remote control. it is a wireless keyboard. If your tv requires a keyboard and mouse and it has a usb input, then this should work. Fortunately amazon will refund you if it doesn't work. so just order it and try it out :-)

Does this work with Windows 10?

Yes, it does. I have it connected to my Windows 10 x64 laptop and works exactly as it used to work on Windows 7 x64.

I'm confused. somene reviewed this as having a mini usb, or is it standard size usb you find on a pc?

It's a standard size USB receiver that sits in the back of the device its controlling. It's really small, just bigger than your thumb nail. I accidentally sent mine back with a defective TV smart box and a spare receiver is as much as the whole keypad and receiver unit- great bit of kit.
