mixes well with great results. Really made a difference to my training, a lot more power in my lifts. Aids well in recovery. I took two doses on training days and one on days off, lasted nearly a month. I can recommend without hesitation.

This stuff works when used with a decent exercise routine and diet no doubt, couple things to mention though, for one the after taste of the strawberry flavour is pretty rank, you don't expect a low calorie protein shake to taste delicious but this is particularly artificial afterwards compared to the lean chocolate version, don't get me wrong it tastes fine while drinking but the aftertaste will clobber your tatstebuds. Also read the instructions on the back, first couple times I took it I thought it was awful thin turns out I was using double the water needed, thats just me being a doughnut though, at the end of the day the product works but i'll probably switch back to chocolate flavour.

Great Product is no longer available at the price paid. This was great stuff and I used it for years. Gym use became easy lifting while using this product. You could use it for a month then go off it for a month and watch yourself getting bigger. It did what it said on the tin. You were like a cyclone in the gym.

Combined with training and a healthy diet it does the job and I can see the difference in my training sessions and recovery time. Tastes bang on average.

It's nicer than a Nesquik Strawberry Milkshake with an extra serving of shake. I'm loving this Protein Powder. I'm not sure if it's just the placebo effect but once consumed I feel like The Hulk, and it makes getting my arse off my couch or office chair, and getting down to the gym so much easier..

Have used Maximuscle for years. I have tried many different Protein powders but this is the only one I have found that mixes well with or without a blender. With a blender it is smooth and goes along great with real strawberries and bananas. Best of all is that it actually tastes quite nice and it isn't so much of a chore to drink. Without a blender it is the same as above but I tend to find that the powder will end up getting stuck in small pockets occasionally within the shake which will inevitably result in you getting some dry powder in your mouth. My preference is to try and always blend it when possible as it makes it a lot nicer.

EDIT:* I recently discovered that I’m sensitive to creatine and that was what was making me feel nauseous. Hardly the product’s fault as the label is clear. Changing my rating * I see several reviews saying that this tastes bad, but I think it’s tastes quite nice. Having said that, it makes me feel awful after consuming. I feel really sick and nauseous for a good two hours (sometimes longer) after drinking this protein. I really wanted to see how well it works for my goals but I’m afraid I may have to stop using it. Such a shame!

Bery good at the price, mixes & tastes very good & I actually felt its effects in invreased stamina & strength. Will be using as my after exercise drink.
