Aphogee Two-Step Two-Step Protein Treatment and Protein Moisturizer, 22 ml

I used this as a protein filler before I colour my hair as my hair was so bleached that it wouldn’t take any hair dye, or toner.i washed my hair well, towel dry, and put this product on spray bottle as this product is like water and is easier to spray around the hair, comb it and let it sit for 10min and without rinsing apply the hair dye for whatever time it needs. Rinse the hair, towel dry properly and apply the step two conditioner and leave for as long as you want. The longer the better. My hair finally absorbed the colour, not completely at the end but it did a very good job.if you have medium long hair get two as one might not cover all your hair. I’m so happy with the product, It did the job amazingly and protected my hair for further damage. I will buy it again and recommend it for hair treatment or hair that doesn’t take hair colour products.

Incredible!!! So I have curly 3a curls that I thought were just dry, I had natural hair and air dry most of the time with an occasional defuse( but I cannot ever get it right so it just become a stressful bad hair day 🤣😭) Hair being curly your always told it's drier because it's curly so I've always used a moisture enriched shampoo conditioner set. Anyways I had a full head of highlights, and even though my hair was fine after I thought it must be dry because it's been bleached so I was doing lots of deep conditioner, leave in conditioner ect and my hair was just getting worse and worse my curls were basically a wavy frizz ball. I came across this treatment by chance and it is wonderful, my curls are back to their lovely shiny bouncy selves 🤣 I can't get over how well it has worked. Turns out my hair was over moistures and lacking protein. If that is you, don't hesitate to buy I will get the full sizes and add these bad boys into my routine.

I used it on my bleach damaged hair (on the recommendation of Reddit and a very notorious hair dresser that really likes 4 quadrants iykyk) and whilst it did restore my hair I found that the step one was rather foul smelling and smelt almost like dead ants and looked a lot like dehydrated urine. The step two was more pleasant. Whilst I would recommend this product that's definitely something I wasn't expecting!!

I chemically damaged my hair while trying to get rid of black hair dye and achieve a base 5 medium brown. After 2 color removal treatments, highlights and a bleach bath my hair was extremely damaged on the lengths as it can be seen in the first picture. I did the Aphogee two steps treatment and I can pull my fingers through my hair again! I am very happy with the result and, although I know is a temporary fix I will co tinge using it every 6 weeks while I trim my hair regularly. The treatment is very liquid and sticky so the best way to apply is with a small spray bottle. I used one satchel for my hair and my hair was saturated. I naturally dried my hair after the treatment, my hair naturally has a lot of volume and frizz, however it might look even better when styled

I was really scared to use this because I have heard some horror stories. Eventually I grew a pair and just did it. I followed the instructions as close as possible apart from the fact I do not own a dryer hood so I just used a blow dryer. I had to rinse my hair twice after using it because I still had it in my hair and I followed up with Aussie Miracle Moist because I'd aleady used the balancing moisturiser that comes with the treatment. My hair felt lovely afterwards, it felt like hair not a bleached brillo pad, it was stronger and reduced the breakage immidiately. The only downside is, 2 weeks later and I am noticing the breakage is slowly returning :(

This stuff has saved my severely damaged bleached hair. I have been putting olaplex no 3 on and their shampoo and conditioner and it helped a little But this stuff is brilliant. I had never heard of it before. So if you like me we're desperately trying to find something to save your bleached hair. I would 100% recommend.. Give it a try... It does help!

Was looking forward for this protein treatment, but when it touched my scalp it felt like it was burning. I gad to wash it out straight away, I’ve had relaxers in the past and this felt awful.

Read tons about this product. Was considering buying the bigger bottle but thought it best to try the sample sachets first. Glad I did. I used it as directed (put it into a spray bottle for ease of application). Very very sticky and smells revolting!. Waited till my hair was totally dry and crispy then rinsed out thoroughly in the shower and applied the second sachet. Was hoping for great things on my fine, highlighted, once curly hair, especially the promise of regaining curl pattern. I was sorely disappointed. My hair didn't really feel any different and I had to apply my usual curl creams and serums to get it to curl. I think the biggest put off is the smell (a hint of vomit) and the stickiness. Won't be buying again. Olaplex is much better if more expensive.

J'ai utilisé ce produit sur mes cheveux décolorés depuis 1 an er très secs. J'ai bien respecté les consignes, ne pas bouger les cheveux pendant la sèche du produit etc, bien rincer et autre. A la fin du processus, quasiment l'intégralité de mes cheveux se sont cassés, au milieu de la tête. Cela crée un halo de frisottis partout autour de la tête, car énormément de cheveux sont cassés. C'est clairement horrible et pire que avant. Je dois attacher mez cheveux et attendre que ça pousse. Je déconseille fortement sur cheveux fragiles et decolorés.

Ich habe das Produkt geliebt Der Geruch ist angenehm, es riecht köstlich im Haar. Ich werde jetzt mehr kaufen. Ich empfehle die Behandlung, die Creme macht die Haare weich und seidig.

Note: I waited a full 2 weeks before writing this review so that I could tell how much the product had actually helped. I'd bleached my hair from a medium brown to practically white for my pink hair, and I kept up that color for months, always touching it up. Then I had to dye it back to a natural color for my job. Damage was inevitable, and I knew that, but it never seemed too bad until after the natural-brown dye job, which was my first dye job in a salon. After that, my hair was just tired. I couldn't comb through it after a shower, because it was kind of mushy. When I touched it while it was wet, it didn't exactly feel like hair -- it felt almost like a mushy plastic. There was a lot, lot, lot of dryness, and little pieces of my hair would break off. There were little white dots of breakage, and I had only to tug at the piece of hair for it to detach at that spot. When I pulled my hands through my hair, strands would get caught in my fingers. I finally decided I needed something to really get me on my feet again. The packaging was mostly fine, except that the box containing the packets was too tight, so when I tried to open it with a knife, I accidentally pierced one of the packets and it immediately started dripping out. Luckily, I'd bought extra. I was bummed, though, because I had also bought a spray bottle for the first step, since it's very liquidy, but I couldn't get it in time. I basically had to put everything aside and do the treatment right away, since it was dripping all over the place. Everyone will talk about how bad it smells, so I expected the worst. I actually didn't mind it all that much. Then again, I have olfactory damage, so it could smell like ass and I wouldn't really notice. The first part is done best with heat. After putting it through your (carefully brushed!) hair, use a blow dryer to help it harden. Again, because I had to do it right away, I didn't manage to get my hair dryer in time (at another house) and I instead waited approximately 2 hours until it was pretty crispy and I was pretty tired. Don't worry about leaving this stuff in your hair too long. If you feel like it's as hard as it can be, wait another 5 minutes before washing it out. You really, really want to let it harden! Then, when you wash it out, also make sure to rinse it all out very thoroughly in warm water. Just rinsing it, I could immediately tell that my hair was stronger. It felt more like hair. YOU MUST follow up with the second step! It's really not that much effort and it makes a difference. I left it in for about half an hour and it worked fine. IMPORTANT NOTE: For the next few days, or however long you like to wait for your next wash day (which should be several days!), your hair will feel kind of weird, and you will probably doubt that the product actually worked. If it feels weird, or you think it's gunkier than it was before, IT'S ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS STILL RESIDUE FROM THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HAIR. Calm down. It's not the end of the world. Your hair is fine, and the last traces of product will wash out. Provided you did everything exactly as instructed, your hair will feel stronger and softer, and you will really notice the difference after you give it a few days and a couple more washes. My first wash after the treatment, my hair felt almost exactly as it had when it was still virgin hair. My big, rewarding moment came just a few days ago at a party when my friend was absently stroking my hair and said he wished his hair were as soft as mine.

Not being a professional, and the product being for professional use only, I guess I have no right to say anything really, but, here are my observations: It's a liquid, would be best to apply it from an applicator bottle, not by dumping it from the packet into your palm like I did. It was hard to get it on the hair without it running onto the floor and sink and counter. It is also acidic, and I had a cut on my thumb. It's like lemon juice! Ow! On the hair it was quite unmanageable, so where they say use a wide tooth comb, use a wide tooth comb. The fingers aren't really adequate to spread it evenly. That said, I did get it all over my hair, and proceeded to dry it on with a hand held hairdryer. Although I had read the instructions twice, I forgot to NOT move the hair around while drying. That's kinda hard to do, to dry your hair without touching it. It dries on like egg white. It rinsed out easily, much easier than egg! And the conditioner was lovely, if overly perfumey for my liking. It smells like salon product. I didn't like the scent, but some people would. Hair came out stripped of tint (I use purple mask and gloss), and really soft and healthy feeling. SO I recommend the product. I put my purple back in the following day.
