I ordered a 12, and they are a touch on the small side. 13 would probably be too big (no 12.5 available). Do these shoes stretch?

Have Vans got reasonable arch support or are the flat like original Converse?

Nope, after several years of wearing Vans on a regular basis, my arches are starting to drop & I have plantar fasciitis in one of my heels. Don't get me wrong, atwoods, Old Schools & other Vans trainers are pretty good but if you're after arch support, you something with their comfycush technology

do they arrive in a vans box?

Mine were delivered in a box in a van by a man. /joke haha
