GOPO Joint Health 200 Capsules - Rose-Hip & Vitamin C - Helps maintain healthy & flexible joints

I am 68 and have suffered from severe pain in my right knee after a car accident. I was referred for an arthroscopy, however I was sceptical to have an operation. I started taking GOPO and continued for a year. The pain in my right knee was gone, and I could occasionally bend my knee and kneel down. I could also run few meters; I am convinced that GOPO has helped my condition. I think it had also recreated the cartilage tissues as my joints motion had more flexibility. I have stopped taking GOPO for a year, however I have started taking it again this week. I am an overweight female and even with my weight of 13,5 st. I still felt great improvement in my condition.

I don't often write a review but wanted to tell your customers about my recent experience. I've taken GOPO for some time now. It was available on the NHS some years ago. Anyway, I've just had a week in Spain and thought I'd be OK without them for a short time. But oh dear, my body missed them so much. After 2 days of not taking them I started to get more pain in my hip (I'm awaiting a replacement) and then became very stiff in all my joints. I tried various chemists whilst away but non of them stocked GOPO. I'm home now and have started taking the initial doseage to get back on track. So my review is- I don't know when I'm taking them but I know when I'm not!!!

I suffer from severe osteoarthritis and I read about GOPO and so thought I would try them. They aren't miracle workers and to be honest I cannot gauge if I see any benefit yet. I have nearly finished my 3rd box but I have not had 3 consecutive tries, they would have been too expensive! It might be that you would have to have these all the time before you see any changes...I won't say that they are a waste of money as they might work for someone else, but for me, I am still in pain....

I suffer from arthritis in my back and particularly in my hands - each thumb is particularly bad with the joints now nonexistant according to the Xrays. I could barely hold/carry anything without severe pain. A friend suggested GOPO capsules some 4-5 months ago and, in desperation, I decided to give them a go. After about 4 months I slowly realised that I was in much less pain and able to do far more with my hands. I now have no hesitation in recommending GOPO for anyone with joint pain/artritis - I have been amazed and hope they will be also!
