Easy to take
Have been taking these supplements for a few weeks. I haven't noticed anything in particular to report. Will continue to take as well as drinking herbal teas as I'm happy that they will be beneficial in supporting my overall health. Good brand, food price.

So I have got these to assist with weight loss (hopefully) so I can't yet say if they work. However good news is they were a decent price and came in the mail fast. Flat packed to avoid damage. No doubt I will re-purchase again .

These seem to work
I only purchased a 2 week supply of these tablets, but within a week I could see a bit of weight coming off and after 2 weeks I have definitely shed a few pounds. They also work as an effective appetite suppressant and because of the glazing they don't have the bitter taste that some other brands of green tea tablets have. I would definitely purchase these again.
