Is there a carry bag with the pedal board?

No, it does not come with a carry bag. As far as I know, it is the only pedalboard on the market which does not, and that is why I bought it. It is a really good solid piece of kit and worth the money.

My adjustable spikes do not fit into the holes in the board?

That's strange mine fitted perfectly. There are only 2 adjustable feet. They go in the holes in the corners of one long side.

Can someone recommend a carry case to go with this board?

no as I use a case. it's 60 x 30 cm and the height with pedals is 15 cm

What are the gaps between the rails? Will Mooer/Joyo micro pedals bridge the gaps?

The upper gap is about 1.5 cm the mid gap us 5 cm lower about 3 cm.Pedals attach with Velcro. Each beam is 5cm so it depends where you put them but a 5 cm beam alone would hold standard micro pedals
