Can this be used on alloy wheels prior to using Poorboys wheel sealant?

I have never tried claying my wheels, but the way it works I imagine it could be used to pre-clean them. Personally I would rather use Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner prior to using a sealant

Can you wax the car after. Or dose the car detailed spray contain it

It would be good to wax afterwards. The spray contained is simply a lubricant for the clay bar not a wax or polish.

what do you get in the pack?

My car has small bumps and whirls on the paint work , should i use this , then compound , polish and wax or clay bar ,polish and wax ?

Wash your car, then clay bar the whole car to remove any contaminates and tar from the paint work. Then do all your polishing etc then seal the paintwork with a wax or ceramic coating. I use Mequiars ceramic wax which is an amazing product and worth every penny, wash your car spray it on and rinse off and microfiber dry. The water beading and protection is great and lasts weeks!
