I use the mask twice a week on the whole face plus about every other day locally on areas with dermatitis. It tingles a bit but doesn't irritate my skin. Aloe Vera gel I mix with a few drops of poppy seed oil as a moisturizer. Within 2 weeks the angry red rash has calmed down considerably. Love both products.
