Beautiful pictures, easy to follow directions make this book stand out!

Such a complete look at all types of cheeses and the many ways to use them in recipes. The three Michelin star chef Michel Roux writes the best cook books, so very easy to understand and follow. Consider adding any of his many French cooking or specific focused books to your collection.

Michael Roux Rocks!!

Michael Roux Is my favorite cookbook author. His books are always beautiful and I enjoy flipping through them even when I’m not cooking any of his recipes. I’ve given many of his books as gifts and the recipients always love them too. His recipes are divine! His book on cheese does not disappoint
