How do I go about getting a refund or replacement please?** A: There should be spare blades with it. We got spares with ours. They are in the handle **Q: I need to remove a Vinyl floor that's been down 20 years. It has lots of glue left to the concrete floor. Will this scraper get the remaining glue ?** A: I imagine it would. Its a great tool. The blade is a really strong, thick razor blade. You also get spares. We used it to take a plaster coating off walls that had been on for 30+ years. Came off no problem. **Q: 3 blades not 4 but good product .** A: Yes only 3 blades in total. But good . Saves time and energy using a bigger scraper. Would recommend it. **Q: How do i get replacement blades?** A: There's some spare blades in the back of the handle. Easily fixed with a bit of glue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Tool, if a little flimsy in design *by M***T on 15 June 2021* Does a great job of stripping wall paper off the wall. Even managed to trim protruding raw plugs. My only gripe is that the end of the handle that holds the spare blades inside, pops off too easily. This then means your palm is up against the metal tube of the handle, which is uncomfortable. The plastic handle also slides towards the blade end, with little resistance. Sounds negative, but overall I'd rather have it than not!
