Wooden Balance Board

Have used this for a few months now. Have found that this helps my posture when sitting at my desk. I work from home and use this everyday. Its well built and sturdy. The top moves so you can put your feet into a comfortable position.

I had a foot rest for under my desk at home that was plastic, it easily moved and eventually cracked. This was bought as a replacement. So much better! It doesn't slip (on a carpet floor), the anti-slip surface is brilliant too- whether wearing slippers or socks. But the fantastic thing is that it rocks. This is so good for circulation and helps to prevent aching legs; but also for those moments when you just need to fidget. Either because you're thinking or in a meeting. All in all wish I'd bought this years ago. I don't often give reviews either!

Ready assembled can use straight out of the box. Sturdy and well put together. As the footplate rocks back and forwards helps to keep movement in my feet and upper legs. (As I can’t walk). Excellent value for money.

I really like this product; after having problems with my SI joint last year my back is sensitive. After getting a cat (& him knocking over my laptop from my lap) I used my desk a lot more than usual and noticed I had horrid lower back pain. At first I thought it was because my cat was a lap cat & the pressure it was putting on my body After realising it's likely the desk I realised I needed a footstool for the correct positioning even though the chair height is at the lowest! This footstool so far has really helped with my back pain and it is a lot more comfortable sitting at my desk now My only complaints are the bottom could be less smooth so it sticks to the floor as it does slide a bit, & also although I measured it I've found the short height hasn't allowed me to lift up my chair which I wanted to do initially so that I'd have better eye level with my laptop/sit higher Overall it's a great product & I enjoy the swinging feature!

Strong, sturdy and easy to get into the habit of rocking my feet which creates motion in the legs. Good purchase.

Works well for my wife who is petite. Comfortable and seems to help reduce back pain.

Très bon produit. C’est un système simple, qui semble solide (je viens de le recevoir) et très efficace pour ceux qui auraient des problèmes de circulation dans les jambes dans la mesure où on peut bouger à sa convenance la position de ses pieds. Cette planche rétablit bien la position des jambes par rapport au buste.
