I talked with tech support at franklin electric. i'm looking for pump model 20xc1-05p4-2w115. is that the model of this pump?

They only make on type 20xc1 yes 2w stands for 2 wire 115 for 115 v

Is that pump come with control box ! I like to know before I place the order

It will pump if you hook up the wires to 240 volts AC. You will need some type of switch. If you are using it for drinking water you would need a pressure switch and pressure tank. If used as an effluenc pump, you will need a float switch in the cistern that it pumps from.
