I got much more value for this price. As many knows Certina is a part of Swatch group, as Omega or Mido for example. But in my opinion Certina saved a lot of personality as part of global watch group. They are not well known in US as Tissot (also part of Swatch group) but has well known brand in Europe. For this price you'll get excellent ETA 80-hr powermatic movement, customized by Certina, Sapphire glass, and excellent case materials. I preferred 38mm version coz it more suitable for everyday. Also I like how it feels on wrist, not to heavy but you definitely feel them. I use this watch as everyday watches and no any scratches or dents. Also movement itself is very accurate. Highly recommend this one as your first watch, as a valuable present, or just for you personally.

Un diver de 38mm, es un reloj perfecto como GADA Watch, por el color y por el diseño, es sobrio pero al mismo tiempo un reloj que disfrutas al mirar en tu muñeca, es mi primer reloj certina, ya tengo otros dos rejos con el movimiento powermatic 80 y es una chulada, ya regresaré a editar esta reseña y agregar alguna foto.

I really love the watch. The quality is impeccable. The only downside is to be careful when ordering from Amazon. They will list it as new but send you an open boxed item.

This is a great diver watch with a classic design. The 19mm band width is the only drawback, which limits your options for alternative bands/straps. Uncle Straps has a good tropical strap in 19 that I’d recommend though. Overall, this is a high quality watch, at a fantastic price point, with the history and reputation of a Swiss watchmaker. It’s a desirable piece over its microbrand counterparts. I feel like I have a baby Rolex tbh, at a fraction of the cost, but it still looks awesome and performs as it should.

Pros: perfect case size for my 6.75 inch wrist, attractive dial, comfortable bracelet, thin enough to slip under a dress shirt sleeve, comfortable wearing weight. Cons: The rotating bezel is very stiff requiring tremendous effort to rotate. The coin edge, while attractive, doesn't provide a positive grip to rotate the bezel. It takes a lot of finger strength to rotate the bezel. Making small rotation adjustments to align the minute marker to the desired position is near impossible. I have to dig my finger nails into the edge to force the smaller movements. There is no way wet hands could rotate the bezel for an actual dive. Finally, the fold-over portion of the clasp has a weak lockup.
