How many washes/uses would one bottle cover.

Depends on the dirtiness and size of the vehicle but I dare say up to 10 if you don't use more than you actually need. Literally a few sprays per panel will do.

Have they changed the Packaging?

Not to my knowledge,I use it all the time.Living by the sea there are many seagulls who target my car.

Is this product wash and wax? I have ceramic coating on my car so don't need wax

It doesn't wax but gets the dirt off really well without too much effort. I park in an underground carpark and don't have access to a hose or buckets of water. this product keeps my black F-Type Jag looking smart.
