Faulty
This is the 2nd set that I have ordered as the first set was faulty. No offer of a refund or replacement for the first set!The product has been professionally installed both times and the second set works just fine which again highlights the fact that the first set was faulty.Customer service were not helpful as they were basically suggesting that it was an installation issue as to why the first set was not working properly.
