Great vitamins
Bought similar vitamins in our local health store. Paid double the price. I knew I had to keep taking them, but couldn't afford to at the higher price. Found these, ingredient list is the exact same. I notice a great difference, better energy levels and less of a flop in the afternoons. I notice if I miss taking them! Excellent product, easy to swallow. They are a little big, but no trouble to take them

Great Value
As far as B Vitamin Supplements go , these are the most effective I have ever used . There are many cheaper options but you really do get what you pay for. For example. Not all B Complex Vitamins contain all of the B Vitamins, Many focusing on B1 , B2 , B6 and B12 solely. B3 and B5 being rarely if ever included. I Also like how Vitamin C is included and Choline which I understand to be also very beneficial. These are the Only B Vitamins I buy now .
