Love,love,love I was a little skeptical at first. But after taking these for about a week, I feel excellent. It's hard to explain. But most of my depression is gone. I wake up bright and early feeling refreshed, and I sleep great. I have alot more energy than I have had in years. And excellent product!!!

This is a good product,you start feeling it about the third day but it works better with magnesium glycinate. If you take them about 1 hour before bed time and stop anything that stresses you you will get better sleep
