Can this be used on other area of the head such as temples?

Yes it can be used all around the temple area and just above eye area. It has a cooling sensation which helps headaches/migraine/nausea.

Mine seems to have very little product in. How much is supposed to be there in mm? I have about two.

I haven’t a new one to measure, but it’s usually only about 3 or 4 millimetres. You don’t need much though, just rub a little on your forehead to leave a very thin layer that you wouldn’t even see was there. It’s strong stuff though, so don’t rub much on at first, and don’t get too close to your eyes, or they will smart and stream big time! You will work out how much to use after a few goes. If you don’t notice it working, you need more, if it smarts your eyes or feels like it’s burning, use less.

How long do i need to wait between each application for sa.e headache??
