Review: “My Guitar Finally Had a Pillow Day” - I always figured changing strings meant balancing my guitar on a stack of towels or my trembling knees and hoping for the best. Enter this little guy. Slid the neck onto it, fiddled with a few angles (yes this cube is posh, with five adjustment modes) and instantly felt like a proper tech. No sliding around, no scratching, just a stable, cushy cradle. It even tucks strings out of the way and feels gentle on finishes. (No battle scars.) Sure, it sometimes tips over if you’re using the tallest angle and applying heavy torque but I’ve yet to wreck anything. I recommend this stand. Good value, easy peasy to use and fits all the guitars I own. You can also use it as a pot to store all your tech tools in when not in use. I purchased with the Nomad 6 piece guitar setup kit. Review: Best guitar gizmo. - So simple but really effective & versatile .Best guitar gizmo I have found. Can't recommend highly enough. ## Features - Innovative and functional neck support cradle for all string instruments - Features five angles and heights for a custom fit - Soft gel support is safe on all finishes - Change strings quickly and easily - Full support to the back and front of the neck ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00TV90MT0 | | Base Type | Tripod | | Best Sellers Rank | 6,459 in Musical Instruments & DJ ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments & DJ ) 91 in Guitar Cleaning & Care | | Brand | MusicNomad | | Brand Name | MusicNomad | | Colour | Blue | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 3,129 Reviews | | Finish Type | Polished | | Finish type | Polished | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00857047002364 | | Is Assembly Required? | No | | Item Dimensions | 10.2 x 10.2 x 14 centimetres | | Item Type Name | Cradle Cube, Guitar Neck Rest & Support for Electric, Acoustic, & Bass Guitar | | Item Weight | 8.32 Ounces | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 10.2 x 10.2 x 14 centimetres | | Item weight | 8.32 Ounces | | Manufacturer | MusicNomad | | Material | Plastic | | Model Number | MN206 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Levels | 5 | | Part Number | MN206 | | Product Warranty | Limited warranty for 30 days from date of purchase music nomad will replace the product at no charge due to any defect in materials or workmanship that may occur in normal use. You might be able to turn it on it's side and make it work. It has a v-groove on the sides as well as on the top. It can be used either direction. It's a nice thing to have around if you decide to get one and cannot use it inside the case. If you lay it on it's side and measure the groove to the outside edges, it's 3 7/8 inches wide and 3 7/8 inches tall. (Remember, this is with it laying down, which is how it will be placed into the case.) The length of it, standing up with the base down, it is 4 7/8" tall. You will have to add a little for the thickness of the neck as it doesn't go all the way down into the block. Hope this helps out. "Keep on picking"! **Q: Does it accommodate 7 & 8 + stringed guitar necks? 5, 6 + stringed basses?** A: This is what the box says “has 5 different angles and heights to find the best position for the instrument “. It has 5” high neck support for acoustic and bigger body string instruments. 4” high flat angles on two sides of cube to support fret and fingerboard when working on the back. And 4” high curved angles on two sides of cube to support back of neck for electric guitars and lower profile string instruments. Hope this helps. **Q: Where is this made?** A: The company is located in California so I am assuming that it is also manufactured there as well. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “My Guitar Finally Had a Pillow Day” *by T***D on 13 October 2025* I always figured changing strings meant balancing my guitar on a stack of towels or my trembling knees and hoping for the best. Can't recommend highly enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended *by S***I on 16 October 2025* Great for a variety of different size guitars. The rubber like coating makes sure you won't damage your guitar either. Cost slightly more than some of the other basic looking offerings but worth it for the versatility it offers. ## Frequently Bought Together - MusicNomad Cradle Cube, Neck Rest & Support for Electric, Acoustic, & Bass Guitar, (MN206) - MusicNomad Premium Guitar Work Mat Pad for Repair, String Changing, Setup, Workstation, Bench, 17” x 36” (MN208) - MusicNomad The Nomad Tool Set - The Original Nomad Tool & The Nomad Slim (MN204) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/48007481-cradle-cube-neck-support-for-all-stringed-instruments](https://www.desertcart.it/products/48007481-cradle-cube-neck-support-for-all-stringed-instruments) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
