Barbie Dreamtopia - DHC40 - Colors and Lights

My daughter loves barbies and having some in the water or bath she loves. I am always worried these won't last due to growing mould from bath use and not being dried properly. However this one has been fine. This is as everywhere water can get is sealed. The lights are great and bright so you can see them underwater. She has pink in her hair, which my daughter thinks is fantastic. Its a really good mermaid Barbie and would recommend. I bought this in March or April 2022 and its still getting used now.

My daughter loves this barbie. It has survived several dunkings in the bath so I would say it is waterproof. We were a bit worried when it arrived because the tail is packaged separately but once we fitted it on it has never fallen off and does flap up and down. The lights on the tail are nice and bright and sparkly and so far we haven’t had to replace them, the ones it came with have lasted a long long time. Nothing has broken or fallen off so I am very pleased with it. A good quality toy and great value for money.

Lovely Barbie. Daughter was very happy. One thing to mention is it doesn’t bend in the middle like her other one so it can’t sit down in the camper van pool.

Great as gifts for girls that love Barbie & mermaids. The price is idea, I bought two to accompany other gifts. The lights, bright pinks highlights in hair and mermaids textured tails really add to the sensory experience. My daughter loves it but has not yet played with this in water. Given the previous reviews, I would avoid it. In fact we have another mermaid doll for bath play and she has not asked for this Barbie during bath time. Overall pleased with my purchase! Might buy more as gifts!!

The tail lights up and flashes with a press of her necklace. She doesn't make any swimming action, does not propel herself through water. Her top is moulded onto her, so you don't need to dry out any clothes if she is taken for a swim. Her hair dries nicely and doesn't tangle. Her fin on the bottom of her tail comes detached, but clicks into place easily (just make sure that the rainbow coloured side faces forward, as its difficult to detach and correct). When she is packaged, her crown is tagged onto her head with plastic tags and I would suggest keeping these in place, otherwise her crown falls off easily. This is a full sized barbie. Really good gift.

Lovely toy Barbie!! Excellent so much so I have bought it as a gift since for others. I am not generally a big fan of Barbies for a number of reasons however, this one extra playability. With light up tail that flashes when submerged in water or by pushing the button! Brilliant bath time toy, my daughter is 5 and absolutely loves playing with this in the bath (as does my 2yr old son). Her hair is in great condition despite hours of being swished around underwater. Highly recommend!

Worked for 1 day, bought one for my daughter it worked fine for one day, for the second bath the lights stopped working. Replacement has been ordered free of charge. Hopefully this one works for longer

Comprata la Barbie per mia figlia, è stata contentissima nel riceverla, per una bimba è sempre un regalo ben gradito dove potrà passare parecchie ore a giocare. La bambolina ha un bel viso, la plastica è di buojna fattura senza bavature ed è bella robusta, funziona azionando il pulsante che sdi trova sulla collana, la coda con led colorati si illumina ed è splendida. Immergendo la Barbie in acqua si illumina grazie a due placchette inseite sul dorso della sirena. Una volta aperta bisogna solo inserire la coda.....comunque più che consigliata...le Barbie sono sempre una garanzia.
