Required a good quality microphone that didn't need to be hand held. It's very lightweight ,nice and loud and importantly its very clear for voice amplification over a pa system. Once attached to over the ear there are no annoying wires or cables to worry about. The voice is received by the small plug in received you insert into the pa system. Doesn't loose what spoken like a lapel microphone when you turn your head sideways. Excellent value for such a superb hand free microphone. Delighted with my purchase which I use at weddings and burial ceremonies.

Remarkably versatile little gadget. Good speech & singing quality considering the price. Very good pop/wind shield. Not sure about the quoted Bluetooth range though.

Works well but cuts out after not speaking for a few seconds and when you start speaking again it doesn't catch your first word.

I’ve been making public announcements at evens that I have been organising. It works easily. I was worried maybe you need a technician but it’s was as pie. You have plug in the wireless attachment in the Aux and that’s it connect to headset which is similar to what you see on tv. It clear and the sound comes out Clear over the speaks. It fits nicely on my head. It’s flexible so makes it easy to place. The battery life is pretty good I have charged it twice so far. I’m impressed overall.

I had been using another cheap, wired headset mic as an input for a vocoder on live gigs - where the sound quality doesn't have to be amazing - you're just shaping synth sounds with your mouth and vocal tract, so intelligibility/vocal clarity isn't crucial. The old mic worked really well for this but it just clipped onto the wire headpiece and the plastic clip quickly broke and then got lost at a gig. This one looks a little more sturdy in terms of design and I should say I have literally only plugged this in and tried it vocally over studio monitors (not with the vocoder yet) but the sound quality is really quite poor. Sort of a muffled, distorted (but not overdriven) sound, I guess in part due to the wireless connection and party the poor quality mic. I wasn't expecting much in all honesty but thought I could get what I needed from it. Now I'm not so sure. The sound is so poor that it may make the vocoder sound distorted as well. Nice idea but poor implantation, hence the price I guess. Save for something better is my advice.

High quality

This is a good Wireless Headset for a fair price. It has a receiver to plug in somewhere and has an adapter for other inputs, therefore will work in most cases. It’s easy to put on your head and looks good. It’s packaged well in the box and easy to put away to keep it clean and working well after using. Easy to charge too using a USB cable provided.

I will give this five stars because this little piece of equipment is worth its white and gold. I usually buy head mikes for $800. This one was only 30 and it was worth it. I bought four of them so far.

Bought this at the same time as the ION Audio Job Rocker Plus to use as a portable PA system on the outdoor firing range when I run classes. I generally have 40 or so people per class. I bought this unit specifically because I read good reviews concerning this unit with in concert with the Job Rocker Plus. It works just as advertised. The range and battery life are as stated. You get more battery life if you remember to turn off the unit when not using it. Having not read the manual completely, the first time a low battery indication came up and the unit stopped working I didn't know what the problem was. When I had time after class to look at the manual, it was clear I had just run the battery down. One convenient thing is that the base and transmitter can be recharged from a USB Y-cable included in the box. It plugs into a USB port in the front of the Job Rocker so I can recharge on site. The unit can be used either handheld or via a headset arrangement that holds the mic in front of your face. The one thing you should be aware of is that the mic is very sensitive, so you will need to turn the volume down on the mic if you need to have a conversation that you don't want broadcast over the PA. Just pulling the flexible boom away from your face won't do it. It can still pick up your voice.

Funciona bien, es seguro, y cumple con los estándares de calidad. Una buena inversión si necesitas un cable o aparato que no te falle.

Per hobby faccio da 30 anni intrattenimento musicale in locali pubblici, feste private, feste di piazza. Utilizzo impianti di ogni genere dal più grosso di qualche migliaio watt di potenza fino ad impianti utilizzabili in ambito domestico. Volevo attrezzarmi anche con un piccolissimo impianto da poter tenere sempre nel mio zainetto, dato che qualche volta, estemporaneamente, mi viene richiesto di cantare e suonare qualcosa in qualche cena, o in campeggio, o in situazioni nelle quali non era preventivata la mia partecipazione musicale. Ho acquistato quindi questo piccolissimo microfono anche se il prezzo molto, molto basso mi faceva supporre che la qualità non fosse eccelsa. Bene, appena ho aperto il pacchetto ho acceso l'interruttore del ricevitore e del trasmettitore e accoppiamento è stato immediato, ma la sorpresa è stata quando ci ho parlato dentro: suono alto, potente, pulito, decisamente superiore a quello di un altro mio microfono ad archetto di primaria marca, utilizzato anche da artisti di livello internazionale! Sono rimasto stupefatto: ho provato quindi ad allontanarmi e sono arrivato anche al piano inferiore del mio appartamento senza che il microfono perdesse la connessione con il ricevitore: non ho parole, lo avevo acquistato senza grosse aspettative giusto per avere sempre a disposizione un minimo di amplificazione della voce anche al bar o in strada abbinandolo a un micro mixer e ad un amplificatorino da smartphone, ma aspettandomi una qualità poco meno che pessima, invece è assolutamente eccezionale! Da oggi utilizzerò sempre questo anche sul palco al posto del mio blasonatissimo e costosissimo microfono ad archetto di marca.
