More Phonics Flashcards (Read Write Inc. Home) - Cover May Vary

These flashcards have been a wonderful addition to our learning at home. My daughter already does Read Write Inc at school, so having these cards at home has been a perfect way to support her learning. She was so excited to see them and loves playing with them, which makes phonics practice feel fun rather than a chore. The cards are sturdy, clear, and well designed, with lovely illustrations that make them engaging. They’re a great tool for reinforcing sounds and eventually helping with handwriting too. Overall, brilliant cards — fun, educational, and a really helpful way to support phonics learning outside of school.

We have made it into a game, rather trying to teach him to read. We have made reading it a game so we have fun while learning . Good for year 1 and 2 kids

Flash card I bought or my daughter and she love it

They’re good and I like the little rhymes/ sayings that come with them. ch, sh, th, nk and ng aren’t included which is annoying.

Amaazing cards for phonics set 2 and set 3 , my son likes them and said his teacher uses the same cards at school, so really a good purchase.

We use Read Write Inc. at the school I work in and, after seeing the results of pupils there, I knew I wanted to use it with my son. A massive book lover, he's fairly advanced in his reading skills and use of vocabulary. Although I bought the first set, as he already knew all of his letters, I didn't get much use out of them. With this set however, I'm finding it perfect for teaching him his first 2 and 3 letter sounds (just turned 4 last week). The rhyme and picture on the back give him a hook to remember the sound and he's enjoying learning each new one. I don't know if you need all of the other resources in the series but I haven't found a better set to teach sounds for first reading than these flashcards.
