My mother use to put Amla hair oil in my hair as a wee child much to my dismay. Little did I know that was probably a factor in having such good thick luscious hair. Bought this powder as alternative to shampooing and didnt want to spend on fancy cowashing products. I like using very little chemicals in my hair and this was perfect, I have mixed it in with shikhakai hair powder. Both leave my hair with lovely condition and shine, even in a hard water area. It doesnt lather, more a hair paste so understand that when you use it. Also your shower or bath will need a wash down soon after but nothing that the water you're using whilst washing yourself can't sort out.

3 Stars for the affordable price , and delivery was indeed next-day delivery, thus less waiting time! very good price; but the texture of the powder could have been made finer. Because the remaining grit was stuck on hair strands ,it took several washes to completely rinse hair of remaining product. Otherwise ok affordable and ok product for other purposes.

Timely delivery. Product seems to be of good quality. The powder is quite fine, not coarse as stated in other reviews.

Once again !!! This is a great product. The taste is a little like lemon ice tea. Make sure you add a little at a time to cold or hot water for your optimal taste. Will be getting some more. Love it!
