Trusted thermal paste that’s easy to apply and delivers consistently solid temps
I’ve used the Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste on a couple of CPU installations now, and it’s been consistently excellent. Application is very straightforward — the paste has a good consistency, neither too runny nor too thick, which makes spreading or using the pea method easy and predictable. It doesn’t dry out quickly during application, so you’ve got a bit of working time to seat the cooler properly. In terms of performance, it does exactly what you’d expect from a quality thermal compound. Temperatures remain stable under load, and I’ve seen solid results both at idle and during more demanding tasks like gaming and rendering. It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable — which is exactly what you want from thermal paste. Long-term stability is another strong point. Once applied, it doesn’t require frequent reapplication and maintains performance over time, which is ideal for builds you don’t want to keep reopening. The only minor drawback is that the tube is quite small at 3.5g, so if you’re doing multiple builds or frequent repasting, you may run out sooner than expected. That said, for a typical single PC build, it’s more than enough. Overall, this is a high-quality, no-nonsense thermal compound that delivers consistent cooling performance with minimal hassle. A very safe choice for both beginners and experienced builders.

Great high quality paste that has sorted my thermal issue for years
This has worked fine for me, my CPU was beginning to have thermal problems, this thermal paste completely fixed the issue, Its lasted a few years now and havent noticed any thermal issues since. It was very easy to apply, the tube didnt feel flimsy and the quality of the paste was great, it spread easily but didnt make a mess at all. This is great value for money, ive still got loads left in the tube even.

Best thermal paste ive used
I used a different brand I was peaking at 100°C with my overclock so I bought this and it drop it to 80°C. Very good result

Does what it says on the tube.
I have used this product before and would highly recommend. All Noctua products have been exemplary and would easily recommend.

Top Quality Thermal Paste.
Noctua NT-H1 is excellent thermal compound. It spreads smoothly, gives great contact right away, and keeps temperatures nice and stable even under heavy load. The 3.5g syringe is enough for several applications, and the paste stays consistent over time with no drying out or pump out issues I've seen. Non conductive, easy to clean up, and performs exactly as you'd expect from Noctua. Solid choice for any CPU or GPU.

Worth it
I repasted my 2020 MSI GE66 laptop after 3 years and wow the performance is crazy. The laptop had developed lag and other graphical issues but after this repaste the laptop runs 20-30 degrees cooler and the Noise is far less. The laptop runs well and the paste was easy to apply. I wish it came with cleaning wipes but I used a Q tip with Alcohol and got rid of the old paste. Id say 1g is all you need for a laptop and now I have excess laying in my drawer. Ill probably repaste it in 2 years again as the size if the pack is good for the cost.

Excellent Thermal Compound with Excellent Thermal Performance
Noctua is a brand synonymous with high quality products and this thermal compound is no different. I needed to change processors and was unhappy with the thermal compound I was using (a free pack of thermal compound with a heatsink). I wanted something that was better quality and non conductive, which the NT-H1 is. It's very easy to apply and the results from testing have been great. On maximum load under Prime95 my top temps went down from 80°C to just barely hitting 70°C. Under idle load the temperature improved too ~9°C lower temperatures. I am using the NT-H1 on a Corsair H80i cooler with an i7 overclocked to 4.2Ghz. I was a little reluctant to purchase this as the quantity in the description seemed very small but this is not the case. It has enough thermal compound for many applications. I have included a photo of the NT-H1 compared to the free thermal compound you get with heatsinks. I would recommend this to anyone who wants lower temps from their CPU as the results I have experienced have been excellent!

Excellent Goo. Works Very Well.
Used this for a number of years now and it works very well. The only thing I would suggest is to warm it up before you use it. It's a lot easier to use when it's about 30 degrees C. A good way I found of warming it up is to place it inside a towel and pop it on a radiator for half an hour or tuck it inside the jacket of a hot water tank. Either way, when it's warm it spreads out under the weight of the heatsink very thinly indeed, which is what you want. There are many recommended ways to apply this but I find the one that has always worked for me is to warm the compound then apply a blob about the size of a match head to the cpu, then fit the heatsink/cooler head. The block should be about 4mm in diameter. This thermal compound is non-conductive so it doesn't matter if you apply a little too much, as long as it's warm the excess will be forced out of the gap. You just don't want to get it everywhere so it's best to try to only apply one match head.

Marknadens mest prisvärda och pålitliga kylpasta!
Noctua NT-H1 sviker aldrig. Jag har använt denna till flera datorbyggen och resultatet är alltid detsamma: betydligt lägre temperaturer på processorn (CPU) jämfört med standardpastan som följer med kylare.

Reliable, Easy to Use, and Consistently Effective
I've used a variety of thermal pastes over the years, and Noctua NT-H1 continues to be one of the most dependable options for both personal builds and client repairs. The application is straightforward, no need to spread manually, and cleanup is just as simple, requiring only a dry paper towel. Performance-wise, it delivers excellent thermal conductivity. I’ve seen noticeable temperature drops compared to stock paste, especially on Ryzen and Intel CPUs paired with aftermarket air coolers. It’s also safe to use across a wide range of devices, including GPUs, consoles, and laptops, thanks to its non-conductive and non-corrosive formula. The 3.5g tube provides enough for multiple applications, roughly 15 to 20 depending on the CPU size, and the compound holds up well over time. Noctua recommends up to five years of usage on the CPU, and I’ve never had to reapply prematurely. For anyone looking for a high-quality, no-nonsense thermal paste that performs reliably and is easy to work with, NT-H1 is a solid choice. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done right.
