Is using this power cord dangerous? since it is equipped with a 13a fuse, is it fine using it on a lower watt (650w) power supply? thanks

This power cord is built to British Standard, if the wattage is lower so the current is 65/240 giving you a result of about 0.28 of an amp. As all house lights can run on a 3amp fuse. this power supply is giving you 0.3 Amp. It is the amps that burns you and volts shock you. For a safety factor you could replace the 13amp fuse with a 3amp fuse. This answer is based on physical fact. I'm not a qualified electrician.
