How many litres of fuel will this 250ml bottle treat?

The bottle has a 10ml vessel that is filled from the main bottle by a tube (hence the two caps visible in the image); this 10ml will be the right amount for 1litre (since the 250ml bottle is the right amount for 25litres). so for 5litres you can fill this small vessel 5 times and add each time to your 5 litres of fuel

Please clarify directions for use in lawnmower ?

The in-built measure at side of bottle is marked 10mL. Remove associated cap and foil seal, if new, then squeeze bottle to fill this measure. Additive transfers from main bottle to measuring cup. Pour measured amount (10mL) into bulk fuel container. Repeat procedure to give correct dilution with fuel of 10ml (one measure) per litre of fuel. Shake bulk storage can to mix before adding to mower fuel tank.

will one treatment with this product really keep my store of 30L of petrol good for 3 years?

it will certainly keep it good for a year,never had a reason to keep fuel any longer.
