I emailed them repeatedly but they would not exchange for another one. Love this item ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic premium feeling bag for a fraction of the price. *by L***Y on 10 March 2017* Really impressed with this when compared to other bags at several times the price!First thing I noticed about this bag was the quality of the materials and stitching, it really feels like a premium product which I wasn't expecting! There is a really good amount of room too with the side pockets, easily big enough for shakers and other items. Inside the front zip, you will find 3 included food boxes, I saw other people having trouble with theirs but honestly mine have been great in my month of use. I pretty much always hand wash mine rather than in the dishwasher however I think they would be totally fine.The included gel/ice packets are great, I take them out the freezer before work in the morning, and they keep my food cool pretty much all day. When I take them out after work, they are still frozen which is a good 8 to 9 hours or so, with easily a few hours more life left in them.In the top zip is where you insert your ice packs, and also a large tray with sections (assuming for each day) for supplements or other small items. Also in the top there is a net within the lid, I use this to store my food scales.Both side pockets are the same, good size and there is a velcro strap that can separate the pocket to keep your shaker secure.The inside of the entire thing is foil lined to better insulate and keep the cool in, even the side pockets which is a nice touch.My one small complaint is the strength of the carry handle on the lid, I just don't have "confidence" in it when carrying over large distances. Don't get me wrong, there is no damage or anything to it yet, it just has that feel about it. Luckily there is an included shoulder strap which is much stronger. Again this is a tiny complaint and doesn't detract from the product.To end this review on a high, someone I know who is very into body building has one that costs many times the price of this, he was very impressed by this one when he saw it!Would definitely recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Serious bit of kit! *by M***O on 29 October 2016* If you are serious about your fitness then you know your nutrition is a key factor, buy this brilliant bag which comes with excellent quality clip tubs and 2 large gel ice bags. This got a few comments initially about it being my actual gym bag but then when showing people what it is they were very impressed. The only downside is that when full it will put a strain on the small handle and started to pull at the stitching, I would suggest always carrying by the largest handle.
