Yes but doesn't leave crisp outline as a stensil transfer product wich would be better.

Has anyone used this product for applying stencils as it says its able to?

Yes I have used TeK 15 for transferring stencils to the skin.?But on obveously it can be removed easily if continuously whip with the same product.?

Is this green soap pre-diluted for immediate use or does it need to be diluted like other green soaps first before use?

Does this get stencil fluid off of leather?
