Would this work positioned half way along the bed or would it slip unless resting against headboard?

It would slip. Needs to be proposed against something solid. I use it for camping and it works after a fashion but really needs a heavy bag or something behind it to stop it sliding back into bedroom wall of tent.

Where is the vat relief form? it is not under the title as you've previously stated.

Vat form is on the item description higher up highlighted in blue. You complete it and send to the provided email address. If the seller is not amazon (like this one) you message the seller directly

It's not that heavy it's quite light . Glad I got mine I use it all the time even when I sleep

Hi could I use this sleeping on my side

Found not to be suitable for either sleeping or sitting up in bed. Not practical for elderly relative with disabilities. Product was returned unused.
