what are the dimensions of this appliance - I haven't got a huge kitchen. want something I can keep out rather than have to keep storing it away.

My Daughter has it at present,but taking approximate measurements from the area it sits on when it is in use .It is 60cm x 40cm x 20cm. this may be a little large.Stuart

Do you put water in the unit like you do with a bain marie

Hi no water used. It's dry heat just plug in and turn switch to high setting. It was great for my party with chilli and rice. Just if you lower heat keep a check food is still warm.

How long do you think could keep fagita / taco fillings without drying?
