Okay. Not as flavorful as I would like. Texture good. Quality okay.

Over perhaps 12 months of recurring monthly orders of these 3-4 of them arrived in wet packaging material and a reduced amount of brine in the jar, indicating a broken food safety sea. I just canceled my recurring subscription for these. I should say, when they arrive undamaged, they are quite tasty and would be a great value. Given the inability of Amazon/Mina to deliver them safely, the pain of dealing with the broken ones far outweigh the value. Amazon let me return two. I tried to return another one too late. Today I received my fourth salty/wet jar with a broken safety seal and Amazon indicated it's ineligible for return or refund. I tried to use Amazon's "contact the vendor" chat system and it said "Amazon handles the shipping, so contact them." It looks like yet again I'm going to have to dump the contents of these and take a loss. I would recommend against purchasing anything that Amazon delivers in jars, and if you see Mina in stores, always check the lid for dents around the safety seal.

Good value, nice size capers and good flavor!

We use capers fairly frequently, but be aware that this is a neverending jar.

I don't use these a lot. The last jar lasted four years (cooking only for one or two.) But when I want them, nothing else will do. Today it's shell beans simmered in tomato, capers, dry-cured olives, garlic, a little Aleppo pepper, and some red wine to top off the liquids - it takes a while for the beans' graininess to cook down, so evaporation takes a toll. I liked these last time I got them, I liked them today, and I just ran out so I'm in a hurry to like them again. -- wireweird
