Since starting with menopause symptoms my digestion has been awful, with cramping and bloating too. It arrived super quick and first tablet taken within 5 minutes of opening and reading the blurb. Here’s hoping - will report back. Update - within 2 days my digestion was more settled. Within 5 days I’m so much more comfortable. Bloating has reduced, cramping reduced, bubbling reduced. It’s not completely gone but it’s 80% better and the change is dramatic for me and I think it’s still improving. I’m taking 4 a day which is the maximum and will continue until I feel things have completely settled down and I feel I have reached the full benefit before reducing to 2 a day. Super happy
