Does this fit a 128RC head please?

Best to check the manfrotto website for accessories to see which plate is the correct one. I have had 3 manfrotto heads and all use different plates.

Hi does it fit with a MT293A3?

It depends on the head you have on it. It fits all Manfroto heads that have a rectangular quick release plate, even mine which is nearly 30 years old and will used.

Does this plate fit the MVT502am fluid head tripod?

I don't think so. This plate is what I use for photography and will connect with the Manfrotto static camera monopods or tripods which use the 200PL quick release system / 244RC type tripod heads.
