I have very curly, dry, frizzy hair and as I'm getting older, I find it is getting drier and untameable. I've spent an absolute fortune over the years on anti frizz, intensive moisturisers etc with limited effect. Tbe only products that create a defined curl leave my hair crispy and sticky. This conditioner is a godsend. It has a light fragrance and is easy to apply, not leaving white residue or a sticky finish. The results aren't perfect but wouldn't expect it! Gives me a fairly well defined curl for 2-3 days after washing and leaves my hair soft without much frizz. You only need a small amount, too much does leave your roots a bit greasy but you can be pretty liberal on the ends. Definitely recommend a try and the pot lasts ages so very good value!

I have very curly/frizzy hair, Type 3B. I found this product didn't really help my frizz at all, it just kept the ringlets I have in a very rigid ringlet shape. I also feel that it left my hair feeling quite heavy and greasy, so not really what I look for in a leave in conditioner - it felt more like a styling cream than a leave in conditioner. The product does smell lovely, and while it did not work on my hair, it worked really well for my boyfriend who has 4C type hair, left it feeling very soft and it looked conditioned, as opposed to dry. Overall I would give this a 4, because it worked well for him and I love the fact that it's vegan, and has all natural ingredients - unlike some leave in conditioners which contain silicone and end up crying your hair out even more. If you're looking to make your hair healthier after a lot of treatments, dyes or heat styling I definitely recommend this one - however this is definitely a leave in conditioner for curly hair! My sister who has very straight hair tried this and it definitely wasn't for her.

I LOVE this leave-in conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturised. It is full of beneficial oils which promote healthy hair growth. A little of this product goes a long way; so do not use too much or you will be left with greasy hair. The product initially smells like a mixture of Play-Doh and vanilla - a bit odd, but not offensive. The Play-Doh smell fades leaving behind a sweet vanilla scent. The scent does linger in the hair; but I like it so I don't mind. I've found that this leave-in mixes well with my other styling products. It does contain protein so is great for hair that needs a little TLC. The consistency is loose; and the product should probably be packaged in a squeeze bottle rather than a tub. However, this is not a dealbreaker for me. I've purchased this product on multiple occasions and will continue to use it.

Product it self is good but lid was broken and seal was half peeled off. Luckily still had small amounts left from the pot I bought in boots and it looks and smells the same. I use this twice a week on my afro Caribbean hair once on wash day and then in the middle of the week on just damped hair this is what worked for me over winter time with a protective hair style my hair stayed soft and moisturized. Will not be buying online agin due to reading few others where delived broken it's the same price in boots hopefully they keep it in stock.

M product arrived super fast. First application was a game changer for me my daughters hair feels soft and moist which is the exact reason l bought this product for. I'm 100% satisfied.

I have 4b afro hair and have been natural for over 5 years. In that time I have used a lot of different leave in conditioners. This is by far the best leave in conditioner I have ever used. It makes my hair instantly softer to the touch, it detangles my knots and you get a lot of product for your money! Some people have said the smell was bad, to me it smells like vanilla or marshmallow maybe but it's not a bad smell and when you hair feels this good, I really don't mind!

I have 3c/4a natural European curls and have been trying out new leave-in conditioners as over the years I've found that my hair loves these the most. This was an ok ish product, although I won't be buying it again. It wasn't really man-enough for my curls. The smell was lovely and fruity, but bought back memories of a play-doh type smell. This leave-in was extremely runny, so made it difficult to apply. I applied to damp washed hair, and once applied it made my hair feeling very wet again as it was so runny. The curl definition wasn't great for me either. I need a thick creamy leave-in that will weigh my curls down a bit. I personally thick this would be more suited to someone with big chunkier loose curls or wavy hair. It's not strong enough for pourous, dry frizzy tight Afro type curls. When my hair dried naturally and I scrunched it to style it as normal, I need to add another product on top to get the curl definition I needed. It also left my hair a little bit crunchy when it had dried and made my hair look tighter curls than norm as there was no weight to the product. The photo shows my hair with just this leave in on it, to show the light curl definition it gives. My hair was still quite fluffy with just this product in it. I don't like the look of my hair at all in the photos below. Worth a try, but it's a 'no' from me I'm afraid. A nice product but not great for very tight wild curls used on its own I'd say. I'm using it now to touch-up fly-away ends on my dry hair during the day if needed just to use it up.

I loved everything in the first week of using it I got compliments that my hair smelled I was absolutely thrilled with this product during my first week of use! Not only did I receive numerous compliments on how great my hair smelled, but it also made combing effortlessly easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend it—it's a game changer!and it also kept it easy to comb and was good, I recommend it 100%

And actually, I hesitate to complain about it because I would not change ONE SINGLE THING about this product. It is PERFECT for my hair. It's light, its SUPER MOISTURIZING, the consistency is awesome, it smells great, it eliminates frizz and makes my hair look and feel SILKY! I've not run across a product that does all of these things for my 3C-4B hair. 3C on top, 4A on sides and upper back, 4B lower back, yeah, its an interesting hair day everday. Anyhoo...if your hair desperately needs moisture, this is for you. If it needs shine, buy it. Oh, that ONE THING, I will mention (Read: Mfg I'm not complaining) is that when you open the jar, you expect a THICK CREAM, what you get is a lotion-y consistency, so be careful when you open the jar. I actually splashed about a tablespoon out, which I quickly scooped up and applied. But for what this product does, that's a small thing. PLEASE don't change a THING about this product! It's perfect the way it is. SUPER HAPPY customer.

Super tolles Produkt, was ich nur empfehlen kann. Hab 3b/3c Haare und brauche sehr reichhaltige Pflegeprodukte, die meinen Haaren lange und viel Feuchtigkeit spenden. Deshalb ist ein guter Leave-in ein Muss. Wollte schon länger mal Shea Moisture ausprobieren, weil natürliche Produkte verwendet werden und ich nur Gutes darüber gehört hab. Lediglich der Preis hatte mich abgeschreckt. Aber ich muss sagen, dass der Leave-in das Geld allemal wert war. Benutze dazu den Conditioner mit Manuka-Honig und Marula-Öl. Beide Produkte machen meine Haare super weich und pflegen sie super und versprühen einen tollen Duft. Die Creme riecht schön angenehm vanillig und nach Sheabutter, gar nicht künstlich. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Mein Haar wird auch nicht mehr so schnell frizzy und fühlt sich einfach super an. Man braucht auch wirklich gar nicht viel nehmen, da die Creme super ergiebig ist. Werde mir noch das Haaröl dazu kaufen. Schöner wäre es, wenn das Produkt in einer Tube zum Pumpen kommen würde, da dies hygienischer wäre. Dennoch bin ich super begeistert. Ein Muss für alle mit krauseren Haaren, die das Beste aus ihren Locken herausholen wollen.

El mejor producto de Shea Moisture que he probado por ahora. Es una marca muy buena. Esto es un acondicionador sin enjuague; es decir, para aplicar después del lavado. NO es una crema de peinar, pero en mi caso realmente es suficiente y no me da necesidad de aplicarme el Smoothie (una crema de peinar de Shea también) que compré antes que este y acartona el pelo un poquito más. Hidrata muy bien el rizo, da brillo e incluso lo define, lo cual no me esperaba. No acartona en absoluto, aunque se necesita muy poco producto. El hecho de que sea bastante líquido a mí me gusta pues no deja pegotes y se reparte mejor por el pelo, no sé por qué hay críticas sobre eso. Huele dulce con un toque de menta. Puede usarse solo o aplicando luego aceite y crema de peinar (método LOC). Altamente recomendado, para cabello rizado, seco o castigado. Sin siliconas, parabenos ni sulfatos, muy buenos ingredientes en su mayoría orgánicos.
