how portable is this bed? does anyone know how much it weighs? it says 9kilos but i cant believe its that light??

Hi, It is easily portable. Just put our bed on to the bathroom scales and it weighs in at 8.3 kilos! Folded dimensions are 93 x 70 x 11 cm so it may be a bit awkward to manoeuvre. The base is woven webbing, not metal so that is where the weight-saving comes from. The instructions say to put the bed on it's side or upside down to open the legs but I have found that when turning up the right way, it tends to fold again in the middle. It is easier if you open it the right way up with the legs folded and then open one leg frame at a time.Hope this helps, Andy

Is there a weight limit for these beds?

I dont know but I am an adult and sleep on it every night. I am 13 stone if that helps. I have had it about a month.
