Some new use of the word 'crisp' with which I am not familiar
On the plus side, these are at least edible (looking at you, NoCow), and combine a healthy dose of fiber with their protein content. There is, however, nothing whatsoever crisp about them. The coconut flavor is also good.

Avoid!
If I could, I would give this a zero. Don't believe any of the positive reviews. It is hard as a rock, and as you chew it, it just feels like sawdust. There's a hint of the smell of peanut butter, and there's no chocolate flavor whatsoever. I tried to return it, and they said it's not available for return. Save your money. Disgusting.

These bars are great. Love them!

Good flavor but not good texture
I thought the salted caramel flavor was what you'd expect but I just don't like chomping on semi-hard peas. This is not a bar I would by again. But if you like hard peas... That said, I do recommend their lemon, shortbread and fudge bars - put them in the microwave for 10 seconds and it's like eating a just out of the oven cookie.
