They are absorbent and not too long.
They really work and comfortable. I used to wear normal pads but they don't work for urine leaks. I've been wearing them for about a week now and they are very comfortable and lock away any wetness and odour. I'd definitely recommend these Tena discreet for women who just can't manage to hold on till they get to a toilet. The price is cheaper than supermarkets and less embarrassing to buy. They are plenty long enough for me and will be putting another order in soon.

I don't know where that photo came from..
...but that is not what you get. There is no 'pack of 72'. What you get is a box of 6 packets of 12. This, in itself, is slightly puzzling, because this size doesn't come in a 12 pack. The pack colourway is completely different and it says that it is not to be sold separately. I can only assume these have been sourced from a different part of the trade. That said, they are a good price and considerably cheaper than other sellers for the exact same quantity. UPDATE - what I originally missed from my review, and the packaging before I ordered, was the magic word 'discreet'. I find this new thinner style less reliable. I just don't trust them. I noted from the Tena website that they no longer make the original ones. So we are, again, being dictated to by companies as to what we are allowed to have. It is very annoying. Secondly, they have, in their infinite wisdom, decided to stick the backing paper directly to the outside packaging. Apparently this one handed approach is 'easier'. It isn't. As for the comments about them not being discreet and feeling like a nappy, I wonder what on earth you are comparing them with. These are thinner than any sanitary towel you might have worn. Practically pantyliner thickness.

Compresas muy absorbentes y sin olores
En mi caso lo utilizo con un niño de 7 años que tiene incontinencia debido a una enfermedad. Me gustaría resumir es estás palabras por qué he destacada respecto a otros. Lo más destacables es : La facilidad que te da a la hora de colocarlo. Lo puedes pegar y quitarlo y volver a pegarlo. Recoge bastante pipi. No huele a pipi aunque lleve bastante tiempo manchado. Para la caca también absorbe bastante .
