I suffer from arthritic stiffness in my neck and shoulders so wanted good support without feeling too restricted. I’m 5’2” and have a short neck and find many travel neck supports to high. This one is perfect - soft , supportive and highly adjustable. The highest point can be worn on the right, left , front or back with easy Velcro fastening . Great choice of colours- I went for the purple and it’s lovely. It comes with a bag and fits easily into it. Has easy snap on strap to attach to backpacks. I used this on a long flight to India and wouldn’t have been without it . Well worth paying a bit more .

**Q: Is the back of the pillow truly flat enough to not feel like the neck is being pushed forward?  The picture looks like it's not that flat.**
A: Yes it is very comfortable and does not push my neck forward.

**Q: Has anyone tried this and the turtl? which did you prefer?**
A: I've tried them both.  I found the Turtl incredibly rigid, uncomfortable and reluctant to stay in the position I placed it.  I returned it.  Don't like BCOZZY much either - feels like I'm being softly strangled - but at least it's more tolerable than Turtl.  Not sure whether to keep the BCOZZY or not.  For years I've been a huge fan of Releaf Neck Support, but it's now manufactured with a material that doesn't breathe so quickly gets uncomfortably warm.  BCOZZY does at least seem to breathe, which is important on long overseas flights.

Out of four neck cushions that I tried BCOZZY was the winner, comfortable & with the most chin support. Yes it is one of the most expensive but the reason you are buying one of these neck cushions is for the comfort & support so you might as well have the best & hope it will last you long enough so you can justify the cost. I knocked one star off for traveling as it was the biggest to carry around but you can always attach it to the outside of your bag. All in all I would recommend that you to try this cushion out.
