(I suffer from Eczema and have extremely sensitive skin.) Being a white powder, it does lighten anything it goes over. You only need a very small amount so of you have a darker skin tone, yes it will make your foundation lighter but this is such a good powder you don't need to be heavy handed with it. I tested this powder with and without additional setting spray for over 24 hours, also on a night out and it held up until it was time to be removed. I even used it to set my concealer. It passed every test.
