Q: Will these cut through curtain wire?

Providing you have a reasnable amount of grip, they will go straight through curtain wire (as should any side cutters of reasonable quality)!

Q: I'm putting up an MF ceiling, will these cut through steel metal?

I don't think they would they are not big enough or strong enough you would need to get cutter designed to do that job!!

Q: Will these cut through washing line wire?

Should do the job but you will find you need a little pressure as its quite thick there ment for electrical wire but should be ok

Q: Will it cut my bike lock wire? Small lock

Very unlikely as they are made for cutting copper cables not the steel of a bike lock, you would be better with bolt croppers or a small angle grinder.
