We’ve been using this water filter in our baby’s formula prep machine for over 14 months now, and it’s been fantastic. After trying a few other options, this one has given us the cleanest, freshest water, and we trust it completely. We bought this filter specifically for our baby’s formula prep machine. I tried the water after filtration, and it tastes super clean and fresh. Quality and Durability: The filters are strong and durable, lasting about two months before needing rellacement. Even after using them for so long they keep performing just as well as they did when we started. Performance: This filter does an excellent job of purifying the water. I tested it for impurities against bottled water, and the filter’s water was actually cleaner. It’s really comforting to know we’re giving our baby the best water possible. Pros and Cons: Pros: Water tastes super clean and fresh. Each filter lasts up to two months with no issues. Much cleaner than bottled spring water. Cons: It’s a little more expensive than some other filters, but totally worth it in my opinion. Ease of Use: The filter is really easy to install and replace. There’s no complicated setup, which is great for busy parents. It fits perfectly into our machine every time. Value for Money: Even though this filter costs a bit more than the alternatives, it’s worth every penny because of how good it is. The clean water and long-lasting performance make it a great buy. Comparisons: We tried other filters before this one, and they didn’t last as long or filter as well. This one is by far the best we’ve found. Design and Aesthetics: It has a simple design. No complaints here! Customer Support: We haven’t needed to contact customer support because the filter works great, and the instructions are really clear. Long-Term Use: After using these filters for 14 months, replacing them every two months, the quality hasn’t changed at all. Love this. It's a good upgrade from the last perfect prep day and night. We keep the old one downstairs and the new one upstairs. It's easier to use than the lady with easier functions so you aren't pressing the button as many times. Other comments talk about it being too hot but I check the temp on my wrist (the old fashion way) and it's never too hot. Having the function of removing the jug and taking it to refill it is awesome. The price was amazing considering it saved us headache at night as we didn't have to go downstairs. Functions beautifully for our purpose. Highly recommend. Color is perfect for the room.

The Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Machine has been an absolute game-changer in our feeding routine. It prepares a perfectly warmed bottle in under two minutes, which feels miraculous at 3 a.m. when you have a hungry baby in your arms. Super easy to use, reliable, and a huge time-saver. This product has been an absolute life saver. As long as you routinely clean and descale the product you should never have any issues. It saves time and you can select what warmth you would like the finished bottle to be via the app

The key selling point for us was that the machine is marketed as “perfect prep is precisely calibrated to deliver a safe, body temperature formula direct from machine to bottle”. This is not true. The first machine arrived and I immediately realised that the feed was coming out too hot, it was measuring as more than 45°c. I contacted Tommee Tippee customer services and this was their response: “If you are noticing your feed to be on the hotter side if you could kindly remover the water from your machine and replace this with extremely cold water and add some ice if needed” This kind of defeats the objective of the machine as the water should be coming out at >70°c and then the cool shot added to bring it down to 37°c. The machine is supposed to make feeds more convenient not more complex. I wrote back to them and subsequently received this response along with a recommendation to return the machine to Amazon if I believe there is a fault: “We test this machine to the highest standard in our lab to with a professionally calibrated instrument to ensure this is the perfect temperature for your little ones bottle” I returned the machine to Amazon very conveniently and was sent a replacement machine. The replacement machine has exactly the same issue as the first one, with the first feed from the machine achieving a temperature of >46° (verified with 2 different thermometers). I would strongly reccomend anyone who buys this machine to double check the heat of the formula before feeding to your baby.

La máquina utiliza estos filtros que duran aproximadamente unos dos meses, lo hemos usado desde la primera semana de vida de nuestra hija. Viene bien embalado y se ve de calidad, aunque el precio me parece un poco elevado, ya que se trata de un filtro.
